After we receive and review your documents, you will receive a personal link by email to activate your customer account.

Required documents for using the service

To set up your virtual mailing address — depending on the selected service scope — certain documents are required. This is for your security and to ensure legally compliant mail processing.

Generally required

• 📄 Signed mail receipt authorization
• 🪪 Copy of a valid ID document
• 📝 Customer contract / booking form
• 🔐 Consent for digital processing (scan service)

Additionally required for scan and opening service

• ✉️ Consent to open and digitize mail items

Only required for formal service of documents

• ⚖️ Separate delivery authorization with original signature
• 📬 Contractual activation of delivery acceptance

Important: Without a valid delivery authorization, court or government service of documents will not be accepted.

Submission methods

All documents are reviewed before the service is activated.
